Job Summary:

You are invited by DISH to become a Account Retention Executive in their award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team. Your duty is to convince the customers about DISH’s value and help them to make informed buying decisions. As a Retention Account Executive, you will be an essential part of this team that doesn’t cold-call, has uncapped commission potential and provides training and tools for growth and success where you could make over $64,000 with no cap on top of your hourly wage of $17.75 per hour.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase profits for DISH and Boost through excellent customer service during inbound calls as well as sales efforts.
• Evaluate each customer’s individual needs then suggest personalized solutions that provide the greatest benefit.
• By showing resilience in difficult situations I stay focused on reaching my sales targets.
• To succeed in selling it is important to manage time effectively, adopt new approaches willingly and strive for personal growth while working well within a team setting.
• Building rapport with clients is key towards achieving high levels satisfaction among them.
• Record customer information accurately so as to enable easy retrieval followed by relevant action taken.
• Deliver exceptional service by listening keenly to customer complaints then solving them promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional ability to convey information and express ideas verbally, in writing or through social interactions
• Candidates must have at least a high school diploma; college graduates will be given preference
• All applicants must pass mandatory pre-employment screenings like drug & alcohol tests etc…
• Applicants must work full time hours from one of our Direct Sales locations & physically be present there during their shift
• Must commit themselves fully towards this role without any availability restrictions even if it means working weekends or holidays
• Having a smartphone or any other device coected online is vital for meeting these criteria
