Job Summary:

A company under EchoStar, DISH needs an Appliance Technician who loves and is forward-thinking about technology. This position requires you to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions as well as represent the DISH brand while educating homeowners on smart homes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Our job is to simplify people’s lives by being the representative of DISH within their homes and providing them with iovative smart home solutions.
• Building quick rapport with customers is essential so as to create a top-notch service experience.
• This may involve working at elevated levels and in different weather conditions that require climbing up ladders up to 40 feet.
• You should be prepared for jobs that involve lifting items weighing over 70 lbs., and have a clean driving record along with a valid driver’s license.
• It may also require traveling from one location to another due to the nature of the work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent at quickly building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
• Able to work at heights under various weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy objects weighing more than 70 pounds using physical strength alone
• Valid driver’s license without any blemishes on driving record are necessary for this position

Benefits of the Position:

• After six months with the company employees are guaranteed $1/hr raises every year they stay employed there until they’re promoted or given some sort of pay raise (which ranges from $0.25-$2)
• If performance incentives are used an individual could make up to $6,400 their first year ($9,100 every year after)

• There’s room for overtime because it allows people who work four 10 hour days per week instead of five eight hour ones; which can add up real quick especially if you’re not used+end up getting paid double time(?)

Salary: $20.25 /hour
