Account Executive Sales

Job Summary:

This role offers incredible opportunities to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career at a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue. As a Retention Executive, you'll be responsible for selling DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers, utilizing a consultative approach with 100% inbound calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully sell DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers.
• Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best value proposition.
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain focus on larger goals amidst challenges.
• Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and strive for advancement as a sales contributor.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer information accurately, including demographics and billing details.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
• Open availability to work provided schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test, is required.
• Must have a smartphone or other device with an active network coection.

Salary:

• Compensation: $20.50/Hour
