Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive position at DISH has a salary structure that includes a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission, giving you the ability to earn a target compensation of $64,000/year.

JJob Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize your DISH and Boost sales by leveraging our 100% inbound call selling strategy.
• Analyze every customer’s specific needs and design customized solutions to optimize value.
• Practicing tenacity in overcoming obstacles and keeping your attention fixed on achieving sales objectives.
• To be a successful sales professional, one must master time management while remaining adaptable and receptive to learning new approaches.
• Focus on building and maintaining customer relationships through outstanding service and prioritizing their contentment.
• Accurately capture customer information to facilitate later access and follow-up.
• Improve customer relations by actively listening to their feedback and taking quick action to address their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High-level communication abilities, including in verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
• A high school degree is essential, but we encourage applicants with a higher level of education, particularly those with a college degree.
• Prospective employees must undergo pre-employment assessments, which might involve a drug test, in order to be considered for the job.
• The capability to work at one of DISH's Direct Sales facilities full-time and on-site is required.
• The potential employee is available to work during all scheduled shifts, even on weekends and holidays.
• A smartphone or another digital device with a functioning network coection is a prerequisite.
