Retention Representative

Job Summary:

At DISH, you'll be part of our dynamic Inside Sales & Retention team, focused on influencing customer decisions through consultative selling. This role offers extensive opportunities for career growth and development within a company that leads the industry in revenue generation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell DISH and Boost products and services to both new and existing customers using a consultative approach.
• Assess each customer's needs to offer personalized solutions and ensure maximum value.
• Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on sales goals.
• Efficiently manage time and remain open to learning new sales methods.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships while documenting relevant customer information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at one of our Direct Sales facilities.
• Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
• Possess a smartphone or other device with an active network coection.
