Retention Account Executive

Job Summary:

Join DISH's award-wiing Inside Sales & Retention team as a Retention Account Executive and play a pivotal role in influencing customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH’s products and services. This position offers the opportunity for uncapped commission, no cold calling, and provides the training and tools needed for success. With a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission, the target compensation is $64,000/year, with top performers earning well over six figures aually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell DISH and Boost products and services to both new and existing customers through 100% inbound calls.
• Assess each customer’s needs and offer tailored solutions to provide the best value.
• Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on sales goals.
• Manage time effectively, remain open to learning new methods, and seek advancement as a sales contributor.
• Build and nurture customer relationships while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Document customer information accurately for future reference and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of DISH’s Direct Sales facilities.
• Open availability to work provided schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a smartphone or other device with an active network coection.
