Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive position at DISH has a salary structure that includes a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission, giving you the ability to earn a target compensation of $64,000/year.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Elevate your sales revenue by selling DISH and Boost products and services directly to customers on inbound calls.
• Determine the specific needs of every client and provide tailor-made proposals to ensure maximum value.
• Demonstrating determination in overcoming hurdles while keeping your eyes fixed on sales goals.
• Advancing as a valuable sales contributor requires balancing time management with an eagerness to acquire novel skills to increase productivity.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service and aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Make sure customer data is recorded correctly for future reference and follow-up.
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers and promptly addressing their needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication with outstanding skills in each.
• A high school degree is essential, but we encourage applicants with a higher level of education, particularly those with a college degree.
• The hiring process includes pre-employment screenings, which may necessitate drug testing as one of the requirements.
• The position at DISH's Direct Sales facilities mandates the ability to work full-time in-person.
• Open availability is required for this position, which includes working weekends and holidays.
• A smartphone or another digital device with a functioning network coection is a prerequisite.
