Job Summary:

As part of our Customer Experience Team (CXO), you'll serve as the voice of the company, resolving customer inquiries, promoting services, and fostering long-term relationships through voice and chat interactions. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and one-call resolution, establishing lasting relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in DISH's wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Effectively address customer queries on billing, devices, troubleshooting, and product features, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to enhanced customer service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Transform into a customer support advocate, engaging with diverse consumers to address their needs and technical issues.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the wireless industry, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with wireless devices and provider switching processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability to varying work environments and schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Windows OS desktop computers and multitasking abilities.
- Desire for continual improvement and opeess to coaching and development.
